O ISC Model - Modelo de Inovação para Smart Sustainable Cities and Communities foi resultado da tese de doutorado de FABIENNE SCHIAVO.
Foi aplicado no bairro de Copacabana, com caráter inicial de teste, tendo tido resultados positivos e seguindo para aplicação no bairro da Gávea.
Na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, com seus mais de 160 bairros, é indicado que o modelo seja aplicado em nível de bairro.
O modelo foi publicado na revista DMI:Review.

The ISC Model - Innovation Model for Smart Sustainable Cities and Communities was the result of Fabienne Schiavo's doctoral thesis. It was initially tested in the neighborhood of Copacabana, yielding positive results, and is now being implemented in the neighborhood of Gávea.
In the city of Rio de Janeiro, with its more than 160 neighborhoods, it is recommended that the model be applied at the neighborhood level.
